Job Description

To interpret Business requirements, evaluate proposed solutions and ensure that systems implemented (package, bespoke, internal or external resourced) meet the needs of the business.

Objectives

Provide the analytical input for the delivery and support of systems.

Tasks & Responsibilities

•Specification and configuration of system solutions for business improvements
•Confirm, using appropriate feasibility studies, the proposed solution whether based on packaged or bespoke approach.
•Ensure through good documentation the IPR of the solutions implemented.
•Investigation of problems on delivered solutions.
•Implementation and operational handover process.
•System testing and management of user testing.
