Role

We are currently looking for Technicians to work alongside the Support Engineers to carry out test and repair of customer returned products, supporting the full range of RF and Digital products and systems.

Responsibilities

•Undertake service and repair activities on customer returns, including initial damage assessment, warranty assessments, and ‘hand on repair’ of some equipments.
•Ensure accurate completion of records on repairs and defects in line with the Quality Management System.
•Provide support services to business divisions in liaison with Support Engineers.
•Work with other members of the support team to build up and improve the support capability within the company.

Experience/Qualifications

•ONC (OND) qualification in Electronic engineering or similar technical subject.
•Good understanding of RF and Digital communications systems.
•Basic knowledge of Electronic principles and testing.
•Experience working in a test environment.
•Sound working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
•Competent in the use of hand tools, wiring, and PCB repair.
